We collaborated with Susanne L’Heureux of Diving Deep Coaching on a deck designed to support you in feeling more authentic and whole.
Letting the shadow in is about listening. Instead of trying to overcome the parts of ourselves we deem unlovable, we welcome them so that we can transform.
Letting Your Shadow In contains 18 shadow prompts, 18 mindfulness exercises, 9 insights, and 9 affirmations to help you explore your own shadow and begin to see how it influences your life and relationships.
With any luck, this deck will give you some insights to help expand your cognizance of the shadow. And, to tackle the grand emotions that might come with investigating the shadowy components of YOU…we want to make space for it all.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also still be in the original package.
