- Please handle with care as there are metal fittings. If excessive force is applied, the metal fittings may come off. Please note that we cannot accept returns in that case. (If the metal fittings come off, use a commercially available pottery or metal adhesive.)
- Due to the material, there may be crack-like patterns called “penetration”, but this is not a defect.
- Be especially careful when using on light-colored clothing, as metal fittings may be damaged, discolored, or transferred due to friction.
- Be careful not to drop the product as it is fragile.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also still be in the original package.
